Preventative Maintenance

There is never a "right" time for something to go wrong.   Our Preventive Maintenance program is designed to identify any problems before they affect your business.

In an effort to help you maintain your air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, Bennett Refrigeration, Inc. is offering a service program to help you hold down the cost of major repairs.

In the past, we have attempted several types of maintenance contracts. We recommend work be done on a "time and material" basis as it is more cost effective for both the customer and the contractor.

When signing up for quarterly maintenance, we offer a 10% material/parts discount off our regular price. (Prices are taken from the National Trade Service Publication, Inc. Prices Recorder.)

In addition, you will receive a 7.5% discount off our present labor rates. These discounts will also apply to service calls other than scheduled maintenance.
